ABOUT THE RETREAT

Together we will join and delve into the depths of deep energy work through life force energy Activation the Kundalini.

The focus of the retreat is to rebalance the mind, body and spiritual body. By incorporating FIVE Kundalini Activation Transmissions and other healing practices which opens up your channels to purify your system, regulate your nervous system and align to your souls purpose.

As well as this, other co facilitators will hold space through movement, sound and healing circles.

WHAT IS KUNDALINI ACTIVATION?

Kundalini Activation is a unique healing practice that doesn't ask you to anything than surrender and be open to receive.

During the session you will be laying down on a yoga mat and your life-force will be activated.

Group sessions are focused on your spiritual growth and expansion of consciousness. Each session builds on the last one, your energy channels will widen and your natural flow of energy will increase. Continuous sessions are required after integration or whenever you feel called.

It is highly possible that your body will go through a natural process and start pushing out old traumas, deal with energy blockages and suppressed emotions.

This energy uncovers and heals all our hidden issues physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and psychological. It also opens our own intuitive gifts and encourages us to express more of who we really are in our everyday lives.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS are optional if you request at time of booking this can be arranged, if not Taxi service or Bolt at the airport.

AIRPORT - Funchal Madeira Airport. (10 minute drive to location)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION.

Check in will be from 2pm on 16th May. Our first session will be from 4pm onwards that day. Please ensure to arrive before that time or the night before. If you need an extra night at the hotel please inform me and this can be added at your expense.

Check out will be 12pm on 20th. We will have a last session that morning followed by Breakfast.

A schedule will be provided when booking is confirmed.
